Maserati MSG Racing Gears Up for Season 10 Formula E with Dynamic Driver Duo
Maserati MSG Racing is all set for Season 10 of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, and has unveiled their exciting driver lineup. The team has signed Jehan Daruvala and extended Maximilian Günther’s collaboration into 2024. Together, Max and Jehan will form one of the youngest driver pairings ever seen in Formula E, as the team blends race-winning experience with opportunity by putting its trust in the next generation of motor racing talent.
Jehan Daruvala, familiar with Formula E from his rookie test appearances in 2023, now steps into a race seat for Season 10, bringing a blend of youth and expertise to the team. A breakthrough 2019 season, which saw him emerge as a key title protagonist in FIA Formula 3, facilitated Jehan’s progression to Formula One feeder category, Formula 2, in 2020. His track record in Formula 2 showcases his competitiveness, and with his fresh GEN3 experience, he’ll bring a unique perspective to pre-season testing in October.
Maximilian Günther, Formula E’s youngest race winner, continues to impress and will bring his experience and speed to the upcoming season, building on an exceptional 2022/23 season. Despite being aged only 26, Max is one of the most experienced hands on the current Formula E grid. By securing two pole positions, four podiums, and the Maserati brand’s first victory in World Championship single-seaters since Juan Manuel Fangio in 1957, Max not only completed his most successful season in Formula E to date but also rewrote history.
