Renault launches first-of-its-kind Experience Centre in India

Renault has launched the Renault Experience Centre at Phoenix Marketcity in Mumbai. This is a first-of-its kind concept by Renault across the globe and there are plans to replicate the same in other countries as well.

The centre has the Formula One car on display, and a host of digital and customer-engagement activities. There is a section on the heritage and history of the brand and the global line-up of vehicles, which is brought alive through a virtual reality experience. Customers can explore a variety of merchandise, accessories, take test drives and also book the car of their choice.

Spread over 4,500 sq. ft, the Renault Experience Centre harnesses the prowess of digital tools to engage with customers. Visitors can engage in virtual experiences like enter a Formula One pit-stop, drive a Formula One car, have an off-road experience in the valley of Leh in a Duster, test ride any of their vehicles in a virtual environment, explore interiors & exteriors of all their models, customize before booking, and deep-dive into the history of Renault since 1898.
