Mahindra launches the TUV300 PLUS at INR 9.47 lacs

Mahindra has launched the TUV300 PLUS – a 9-seater configuration with premium interiors, powered by the 2.2L mHAWKD120 engine, and priced at INR 9.47 lacs (ex-showroom Mumbai). Targeted at customers who are looking to upgrade to a more spacious, powerful and premium SUV, the TUV300 PLUS fills the gap for a flexible 9-seater in the sub INR 10-lac price point in India.

The TUV300 PLUS delivers 88 kW/ 120 BHP peak power and comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. The interiors are designed by Pininfarina, and it comes with faux leather seats, a 7″ touchscreen infotainment with GPS navigation, ECO mode, Micro Hybrid Technology, 4 speakers + 2 tweeters, Bluesense App, Brake Energy Regeneration Technology, Intellipark Reverse Assist and Driver Information System.

It delivers superior drivability both in-city as well as on highways, and can seat upto 9 people with the flexibility to fold the rear seats & create a large storage area.

It sports an imposing stance with a bigger footprint (length 4400mm, width 1835 mm & height 1812 mm), has an aggressive front grille, large alloy wheels (215/70 R16) and a rear wheel drive that defines its SUV characteristics. Equipped with Cushion Suspension Technology, the TUV300 PLUS delivers a superior ride experience and comes with steering mounted audio & phone controls, a rear defogger along with wash & wipe, a driver seat height adjuster, armrests for the front row, a convenient storage tray below the driver’s seat and lead-me-to-vehicle & follow-me-home headlamps.

The TUV300 PLUS comes with dual-airbags and ABS with Electronic Brake-force Distribution. Customers can choose from five colours, namely Majestic Silver, Glacier White, Bold Black, Dynamo Red and Molten Orange, and three variants – P4, P6 and P8.
