ŠKODA AUTO India has launched a new updated version of its ‘MyŠKODA‘ mobile app which provides a single-window interface between a ŠKODA customer and the brand. The new app has a ‘I want to own a ŠKODA’ tab for potential owners and a ‘I own a ŠKODA’ section dedicated to existing owners, aimed at facilitating transparency and providing a hassle-free ownership experience. The app is available for download on the iTunes App Store and Google Play store.
The app enables a user to view and update owner profile information by clicking on the vehicle card. Through the app, customers can personalise the ‘Garage’ section by adding a picture of the car. The app provides access to the car’s entire service history and makes booking a service effortless. The service tracking feature keeps customers closely informed about every stage of the car’s service cycle.
The app has a Parking Assistance feature that helps customers find their parked car. There is a ‘Trip Cost Calculator’ that enables them to keep track of expenses, including fuel cost, stay, food and miscellaneous expenses.
If customers are looking to accessorise their vehicle, they can select from a wide range of accessories in the ‘Product’ section. For those interested in owning a ŠKODA, the app enables them to understand the range of cars available and schedule a test drive.
‘DriveTribe’ is a section that connects users to the community, who help each other learn about their cars, maintenance and utilisation of its features. The app also features a dedicated Customer Care Section to address queries or grievances.
