Harley-Davidson opens its first concept store in Kolhapur

New Delhi, 8 August 2017: Harley-Davidson has opened its first concept store in India, at Kolhapur. The format accommodates all Harley-Davidson Customer Experience concepts in small forms. The store is designed to improve accessibility for sales and service requirements of customers residing in Tier III cities and outskirts, and ensure that they get an opportunity to be part of H.O.G. events.

The company expects the next wave of growth for leisure motorcycling to come from Tier II and III cities, and the new store will serve as a platform for motorcycling enthusiasts in the city to interact and know more about the Harley-Davidson way of life.

Kolhapur has close to 100 Harley riders, and the new store houses a bike display, accessories & merchandise display, a customer lounge and service set-up – all within an area of 3000 sq. ft.
