Datsun India launches redi-GO 1. 0L at INR 3.57 lacs

New Delhi, 26 July 2017: The Datsun redi-GO equipped with the 1.0L iSAT engine has been launched today at a price of INR 3,57,333. Apart from added power from the 3-cylinder fuel efficient engine, it comes with new features across two trim levels such as remote keyless entry, central locking, black interiors and silver finish on the AC vents & horn pad. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission.

Datsun redi-GO brand ambassador Sakshi Malik, who is India’s first female wrestler to win an Olympic medal, was also present at the launch.

Datsun is a challenger brand that is focused on offering accessible and high-value-for-money cars for aspirational young Indians. Datsun redi-GO combines the roominess, agility and efficiency of an urban hatchback with best-in-class ground clearance (185mm) and a high seating position. The Datsun redi-GO 1.0L brings together other features, such as front visibility, shoulder room, rear knee room, with brisk acceleration, thanks to more power from the new engine.

The car is available in five body colours: Silver, Grey, Ruby, Lime and White. Deliveries commence today at all Nissan dealerships across the country.

The brand has also recently launched 'Datsun Care', a comprehensive package for new Datsun redi-GO buyers, which is an all-inclusive car service package with three, four and five-year options, wherein customers can save approximately 10% on periodic and general repairs.
