Mumbai, 22 April 2017: Mahindra Electric organised the ‘Electric Drive’ with its EV fleet on World Earth Day across Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru. A cavalcade of around 50 EVs in Delhi, 25 EVs in Pune and 77 EVs in Bengaluru from the Mahindra Electric stable, which included the e2o, e2oPlus and the e-Verito drove around these 3 cities spreading the message of conserving the Earth and encouraging people to go green by switching to zero emissions cars.
Mahindra has been a first mover in the the electric vehicle segment, venturing early into the paradigm of alternative technology for a clean, green and a smarter tomorrow. Since 2013, Mahindra Electric has negated over 5,200 tonnes of tailpipe emissions with its all electric cars.
