Guggenheim inspired Tata TIGOR Styleback brings design differentiation to the sub-4 metre compact segment
Targetted at the young and fast-paced generation, or the ‘first time upgraders’, the TIGOR is based on the Tiago platform and has been launched at a starting price of INR 4.70 lacs (ex-showroom, Delhi) & INR 4.95 lacs (ex-showroom Mumbai). The entry level TIGOR is powered by the Revotron 1.2L petrol engine. The diesel variant with the Revotorq 1.05L engine is available at a starting price of INR 5.60 lacs (ex-showroom Delhi) & INR 5.91 lacs (ex-showroom Mumbai).
TIGOR is the third vehicle from Tata Motors to follow the IMPACT Design philosophy and the exterior is most certainly expressive and edgy in terms of style. It has a lively and dynamic stance, and design highlights include signature split LED tail lamp, trendy crystal-like, smoked projector headlamps & stylishly integrated high mounted LED stop lamp.
The acoustic engineering is far superior to other segment players and the audio and infotainment system is certified by Golden Ears and tuned by seasoned Harman audio experts. There are 8 speakers, an intuitive app-suite & voice command recognition for the automatic climate control, phone and media controls.
Available in 8 variants (with 2 optional variants) XE 1.2 P, XT 1.2 P, XZ 1.2 P, XZ (O) 1.2 P, XE 1.05 D, XT 1.05 D, X Z 1.05 D and XZ (O) 1.05 D, the TIGOR comes in six colour options – Copper Dazzle, Espresso Brown, Pearlescent White, Platinum Silver, Striker Blue and Berry Red. TIGOR will come with a standard warranty of 2 years or 75,000km, whichever is earlier, with an option to further extend it.
