#AutoExpo2016: A look at the Audi range on display at The Motor Show
The New Audi R8 V10 Plus: The most powerful and fastest production Audi ever built. Naturally-aspirated 5.2 FSI quattro® V10 mid-engine with up to 610 hp (449 kW) of power that responds instantly to throttle and propels the car from 0 to 100 in 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 330 km/h. Built on the aerodynamic concept of a race car, the next generation Audi R8 V10 Plus has improved fuel economy by 13 percent. Much lighter than its predecessor, it is priced at INR 2.47 crores ex-showroom Mumbai and New Delhi.
Audi Prologue: The Audi Prologue has put the sportiest car in the luxury segment on wheels. The two-door coupe has a flowing, elegant shape in a sporty and taut design. In the clear and unobstructed interior, the architecture melds with the display and operating concept to create a new type of unit. The entire front of the instrument panel is a large touch display, and a portion of the user interface operates with a new type of OLED display made of organic LEDs.
New Audi RS 7 Performance: The new Audi RS 7 Performance is a combination of increased performance and outstanding efficiency. The 4.0 TFSI engine with 605 hp (445 kW) and up to 750 Nm of torque push acceleration nearly to levels usually reserved for supercars.
New Audi A8 L Security: Audi has further developed its armored high-security sedan. The Audi A8 L Security satisfies the criteria of the class VR 9 ballistic protection standard, currently the most stringent requirement for civilian high-security sedans.
New Audi A4: The new-generation Audi A4 is a synthesis of technology and aesthetics. All the technology in the brand’s bestselling car has been redeveloped so that it defines the benchmark in the segment. The handling of new Audi A4 makes a great leap forward: on the one hand sporty and performance oriented, but with a focus on comfort at the same time.
Audi A6 allroad: The thoroughly updated A6 family has new engines, transmissions and headlights, plus a new infotainment system. The Audi A6 allroad, keeps on going where the asphalt ends as it enjoys a higher ground clearance. Stainless steel covers protect the underbody at the front and rear. The design has a rugged look to it, and some add-on parts are finished in a contrasting color. The adaptive air suspension is standard.
Audi S3 Cabriolet: The open-top four-seater is unrivaled in its segment. Its 2.0 TFSI engine develops 300 hp and delivers 380 Nm of torque. The Audi S3 Cabriolet also makes use of quattro® permanent all-wheel drive – the perfect foundation for optimal traction and driving dynamics in all road conditions. Absolute lightweight construction and a high-performance chassis complete the profile.
Audi SQ5: Boosted by two turbochargers, the Audi SQ5 produces a brawny 313 hp (230 kW) and 650 Nm of torque between 1,450 and 2,800 rpm. The Audi SQ5 sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h. A fast and smooth-shifting eight-speed tiptronic and a quattro® permanent all-wheel drive with torque vectoring transfers the power of the muscular V6 diesel to the road.
New Audi Q7: Luxurious comfort, the largest interior in the segment and a weight saving of up to 325 kilograms – the new edition of the Q7 from Audi sets new standards. Its innovative assistance and infotainment systems take the large SUV to the front of the pack.
The Audi TT Coupe: Redesigned, re-engineered and reborn, the latest generation of the compact sports car enthralls with dramatic design, pronounced dynamics and groundbreaking technology. A modern interpretation of the unmistakable lines of the original TT from 1998.
