Bookings open in India for Jaguar’s most advanced sport saloon: the all-new Jaguar XE

Mumbai, 12 January 2016: Booking are now open for the the all-new Jaguar XE – the most advanced sports saloon from the JLR stable. The vehicle will be launched in India on 03 February 2016 in 2 petrol variants that would come with 147 kW and class leading 177 kW power output respectively.

The Jaguar XE will be the first aluminium-intensive monocoque product in the segment and is set to be the most advanced and refined sports saloon in its class, with a range of features such as Torque Vectoring by Braking, All Surface Progress Control (ASPC), Softgrain Windsor Leather Seats, Panoramic Sliding Sunroof, Interior Mood Lighting, Navigation System, 380 Watts MeridianTM Sound System and Surround Camera System.

This exciting new addition to the Jaguar product portfolio in India displays levels of innovation never seen before in this segment. Coming from an impeccable lineage of extraordinary Jaguar sports saloons, it promises a thrilling performance to complement its dynamic design.

Currently, the jaguar portfolio in India includes the F–TYPE (starting at INR 126 Lacs in CBU form) and the locally manufactured XF (starting at INR 47.7 Lacs) and XJ (starting at INR 97.2 Lacs).
