The 2016 Range Rover Evoque comes to India. Prices start at INR 47.10 lacs

Mumbai, 19 November 2015: The 2016 Range Rover Evoque has been launched at prices starting from INR 47.10 lacs*.  Equipped with a 2.2 Litre, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that delivers 140 kW at 3,500 rpm with a maximum torque of 420 Nm at 1,750 rpm, the stylish luxury SUV features a comprehensive range of new design elements and technologies to reinforce its style, glamour and status appeal.

The distinctive design of the Range Rover Evoque has always appealed to the young at heart and the new 2016 model continues to do so with a host of design enhancements. The introduction of slim-line LED fog-lamps and a wider tow-eye cover enhances the front fascia. The enlarged air intakes add to its sporting character and a more planted and assertive stance. There are two new grille designs in a range of premium finishes. The standard grille is distinguished by two bold horizontal bars and a new fine-mesh grille pattern. The Dynamic variant features a hexagonal design, and its more prominent mesh area lends a suitably performance-oriented character to the sporty Evoque. The LED Day-time Running Lights (DRLs) have a new shape creating a distinctive signature which also serves as the directional indicator.

Other new features include Gesture Tailgate function that allows customers to automatically open and close the tailgate by waving a foot beneath the rear bumper. And the Customer Configurable Mood Lighting has a range of ten colours that can be controlled via the Touch-screen. Some of the class leading features of the Range Rover Evoque include Head Up Display, Surround Camera System, 17 Speakers, 825 Watts MeridianTM Surround Sound System, Rear Seat Entertainment and a 9-Speed Automatic Transmission among others.
