The Audi A3 40 TFSI offers 180 hp power, a fuel efficiency of 16.6 km/l and has a S tronic® dual-clutch transmission – a technology that was originally developed for the Le Mans 24-hours endurance race to deliver more power, torque and enhanced fuel efficiency. The 0-100 km sprint takes just 7.3 seconds. Enhancements include new 16″ cast aluminum alloys with 15-Spoke ‘Y’ design wheels, electrically adjustable exterior mirrors, Halogen lamps and Light/ Rain Sensor. Interior enhancements include a multifunctional leather steering in four-spoke design, new ambient transparent inlays, electronically adjustable driver seat, a chrome package and Regatta Leatherette-Fabric upholstery.
The infotainment system has the Audi music interface, Bluetooth® interface, Passive Speakers and MMI® Radio. The music interface integrates portable media players into the Audi Multimedia Interface (MMI®) allowing passengers to select artists, albums, tracks or genres with the MMI® controls. The system is compatible with a wide range of portable media players and USB storage media; and the Bluetooth interface allows interaction with smart phones and media players.
The Audi A3 40 TFSI Premium also comes with seven airbags, anti-slip regulation, electronic stabilization control, anti-theft wheel bolts, rear parking aid, automatic two-zone air conditioning with sun sensor and rear AC vents, Rough Ride Suspension, Cruise Control, Auto release function and DIS with Efficiency Program that provides fuel saving tips on the fly.
The interior upholstery is available in Black, Chestnut Brown and Pashmina Beige.
The sedan is priced at INR 25.50 lac onwards (ex-showroom Mumbai/ Delhi) and would be available at all Audi dealerships across India.
