All new BMW M5 launched in India

The new BMW M5 is available in a petrol variant at an all India ex-showroom price of INR 13,540,000.
The unique feeling of BMW’s M vehicles is conveyed inside the car by the M leather steering wheel, whose design takes visual cues from the double-spoke wheels. The Control Display of the standard-fitted iDrive operating system now features chrome trim on the sides. Other goodies include the next generation of BMW iDrive with touch controller and handwriting recognition, BMW Navigation Professional with 25.9 cm colour display with 3D maps, full-colour BMW Head-Up Display with M-specific views, Connectivity through Bluetooth and USB devices, Harman Kardon Surround Sound system and BMW Apps. Park Distance Control (PDC) rear and front along with rear view camera are also part of standard equipment.
The new M5 is powered by the M TwinPower Turbo eight-cylinder petrol engine, the most powerful of all BMW production engines. The M5 accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds for the ultimate adrenalin kick, and when combined with its 560 BHP and 680Nm of torque, it simply takes your breath away. The seven-speed M dual-clutch transmission with Cruise Control provides higher shifting and driving comfort.
The new M5 provides maximum safety in any situation with air bags, Active M Differential, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including M Dynamic mode, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist, Active Protection with Attentiveness Assistant and Active headrests (front).
The M5 sets the benchmark in fuel consumption with its BMW EfficientDynamics, and a comprehensive technology package includes features such as Intelligent Lightweight Construction, Automatic Start/Stop function, Brake Energy Regeneration, Electric Power Steering, 50:50 Weight Distribution and many other innovative technologies.
