Mumbai, 8 July 2013: Jaguar has announced the launch of the F-TYPE which represents a return to the company’s heartland: a two seater convertible sports car focused on performance, agility and driver involvement. The Jaguar F-TYPE is a continuation of a sporting bloodline that stretches back more than 75 years and encompasses some of the most beautiful, thrilling and desirable cars ever built. Joining the XK convertible and coupe models, the new F-TYPE provides Jaguar with a broader line of sports and GT models.

Prices for the Jaguar F-TYPE S are INR 1.37 Crore and for the range topping F-TYPE V8S are INR 1.61 Crore. (Ex-showroom Mumbai, pre- Octroi). Jaguar India has registered sales growth of 68% in the first quarter of this fiscal year. This growth has been helped by the locally assembled Jaguar XF 2.2 litre diesel, which was launched earlier this calendar year.
