Raghav Sarma

Licence to Drive was conceived by Raghav in the year 2011, when he was all of 13. An alumni of Modern School Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, he completed his Master’s in Conflict Resolution & Governance from University of Amsterdam (UvA) in 2021. Passionate about automobiles since a very young age, he was the youngest media professional to cover the 11th Auto Expo 2012 at New Delhi at age 14, and has since then covered major events, launches, F1, MotoGP, and interviewed global auto industry leaders. His interest in cars led him to do an apprenticeship under Tutu Dhawan, the legendary classic car restorer, to understand the finer nuances of car building. Currently based out of Delhi NCR, Raghav is an avid traveller, culture spotter, Gen Z tracker and social entrepreneur. He is the Founding Partner at Civic Spectrum LLP, a communications, advocacy, and outreach agency that serves as a catalyst for social impact. A keen golfer and footballer since early years, he has played Football School Nationals in 2012 and was a part of the winning team at the National IPSC football tournament in India, in the year 2015. He also attended the youth training camp at Dutch 1st Division Football Club ADO Den Haag in Europe, in 2014.
