Record bookings for the newly launched Mahindra Scorpio-N
Bookings for the Scorpio-N opened today and 25000 bookings were confirmed within 60 seconds of commencement of booking. In under 30 minutes, the bookings swelled to 1,00,000, translating into an ex-showroom value of ~₹18,000 crores / ~USD 2.3 billion. An incredible feat for any automaker.
Deliveries of the All-New Scorpio-N will begin from September 26, 2022 onwards.
The All-New Scorpio-N has been designed, engineered, and built to disrupt the SUV segment and redefine the existing product category hierarchies across multiple SUV segments creating resonance with the urban customers looking forward to owning an authentic SUV.
The introductory prices of the All-NewScorpio-N Automatic and 4WD variants were announced a week ago, which will be applicable for the first 25,000 bookings. The prices are:

The Scorpio-N 4WD variants will feature ‘Shift on fly’ 4WD, in addition to category first Intelligent Terrain Management Technology 4XPLOR and will be available at an introductory price of ₹2.45 lakhs over the respective 2WD variants. The 4WD will be available on Z4, Z8, and Z8L diesel variants. The 6-Seater Variant of the Scorpio-N will be available in select Z8L variants at an introductory price of ₹20,000 over respective 7-Seater variants.
