Tata Nexon production crosses the 25000 mark at Ranjangaon plant
Tata Motor’s lifestyle compact SUV Nexon is on a roll. Having captured the imagination of the young at heart with its flamboyant design and aggressive pricing, it has already crossed the 25000 mark at the Ranjangaon plant. The waiting period is close to 2 months now.
Nexon has the distinction of being the most awarded Compact SUV of 2018 with a tally of 17 awards. Targeted at millennials, it has pitched itself at the under-35 customer who seem to be loving its loaded tech features, slightly over the top design and SUV-like presence.
Tata Motors has posted some decent growth numbers in the last couple of months in its PV business, thanks largely to the Nexon and the Hexa, followed by the Tiago and Tigor.
