Tata Motors launches its latest hatchback TIAGO at an aggressive price of INR 3.20 lacs

Mumbai, 06 April 2016: Tiago, the new hatchback from Tata Motors has been launched at an aggressive price range of INR 3.20 to 5.54 lacs (ex-showroom Delhi), and will be available for sale across dealerships from today.

Combining design, technology and driving dynamics, the Tiago comes in two powertrains – the Revotron 1.2L petrol and the Revotorq 1.05L diesel. The globally benchmarked car boasts of class leading features, high fuel efficiency and is an attractive package offering good value.

The exterior design is based on the new IMPACT design language and is dynamic and contemporary with a confident and agile stance. It is complemented by a premium dual tone interior, customisable air vents and body hugging seat bolsters on the inside.

The Tiago offers superior fuel economy of 23.84* km/l on the 1.2L petrol and 27.28* km/l on the 1.05L diesel under test conditions. The drive is zippy, with a segment-first dual drive feature that can switch between City and Eco mode. Safety features include dual front airbags, advance 9th generation ABS with EBD and corner stability control and rear parking sensors with camera. It has an intelligent ConnectNext Infotainment system by HARMAN, and is available in five variants and six colour options.

The car comes with a 2 year/ 75,000 km warranty (whichever is earlier) with an extended warranty option of 2 years + 1 year (3rd year extended warranty up to 75,000km) or 2 years + 2 years (3rd and 4th year extended warranty up to 1,00,000 kms).
