Audi India sells 10851 units: achieves new sales record
Mumbai, 08 January 2015: For the 7th successive year, Audi India posted impressive growth figures YOY, with an impressive sale of 10851 units in 2014. This was also the 2nd successive year that they crossed the 10,000 unit mark. In the quarter October to December 2014, they registered a sale of 3044 units – the highest ever sales in a quarter in India.
Audi India continues to be the No.1 in the luxury car market. Apart from the luxury line up, they also have a sought after range of performance cars, from the Audi R8 V10 Plus to the Audi RS7, offering a wide range of products across the spectrum.
2014 saw the Audi RS 7 Sportback launched in January 2014 followed by the Audi A8 L in May 2014. The internationally acclaimed ‘World Car of the Year’ – Audi A3 Sedan came along in August 2014 and the compact luxury SUV Audi Q3 Dynamic was launched in September 2014. The company capped the year with the launch of segment first – the Audi A3 Cabriolet in December 2014.
